Due to our improving efforts, you may enjoy this SHOCHU refreshingly on the rocks, diluted with water or chilled in summer. With a freshness which is unique to a new brew, you will enjoy the mild taste. An adjustment to the distillation temperature has removed any rough taste.
We set the alcohol content at 20% for maximum drinking enjoyment.

Yamadanishiki Senbonzakura Jukusei Beniharuka (saccharified sweet potato)

A sweet potato SHOCHU using "BENIHARUKA" from Miyakonojo. We wait for saccharification of the sweet potato in our storage room. Contents of the sweet potato's various aromatic components increase to allow the SHOCHU of its unique sweet aroma. The combination with YAMADANISHIKI, rice from Miyazaki, helped to enhance its characteristic furthermore.

Characterized by a bold taste and deep aroma thanks to its high concentration. Its smoothness is great for enjoying it on the rocks or with hot water. Bottled once a year.
